ispace Announces New “ULTRA” Lunar Lander Integrating Japanese and U.S. Lander Models

Argo has been selected by ispace, inc. to deliver ispace’s satellite to Lunar orbit as part of the company’s newly announced Lunar Connect Service, which provides communications and positioning services. Argo and ispace aim to place the satellite into Lunar orbit as early as 2027 using Argo's in-space transportation vehicle .
This announcement comes days after NASA unveiled a $20 billion commitment to build a permanent Moon base, with high-tempo hardware delivery supporting an enduring surface presence starting in 2027.
Argo’s water-powered intermodal space transportation services provide the affordable, responsive, high-rate logistics necessary to realize this vision and catalyze a Lunar economy.
