Argo is proud to reveal Chiron, the smallest member of our water-powered spacecraft family. Built with the same novel, integrated water architecture supporting Argo’s larger logistics spacecraft, Chiron packages our high-deltaV, high-propellant mass fraction technology in a rideshare-class mobility platform for hosted and deployed payloads.
Chiron is in build at our El Segundo headquarters and already contracted to fly US government payloads, with two launches manifested for 2027.

Argo’s spacecraft are designed from the ground up for mobility, delivering unmatched deltaV. Chiron provides unprecedented maneuver capability in a low-cost, rideshare-size package. We achieve this by using the same integrated water architecture and technology stack employed by larger Argo logistics spacecraft, combining:
This combination delivers 2,000 to 4,200 m/s of high-thrust deltaV per tank - before refueling. Chiron also provides broad launch compatibility, scalability, and the flexibility to support missions from Low Earth Orbit (LEO) through GEO and cislunar space with hosted and deployed payloads.
Building on core technologies, subsystems, and software already qualified on the flight of our Argonaut-Demo spacecraft, Chiron launches next year.
This spacecraft is in build today at Argo and manifested for launch. Our first two Chiron missions will cover multiple orbital regimes. To further validate the capability Argo is delivering, Chiron is already contracted to fly U.S. Government payloads.
The next step in space mobility - ready to deploy.
